VARIABLE CAPACITY

• Tubular grid structure platform, extendable.
• Minimum width capacity: 1400 mm / Maximum: 3000 mm, manually adjustable extension.
• Minimum height capacity: 2000 mm / Maximum: 3000 mm, manually adjustable exetension.
• Ease of extension or reduction operations thank to prismatic rails.
• Solid central part that can accomodate very small frames.

ROTATION OF THE WORK SURFACE WITH CLAMPING AT ANY POINTS AND 4 INDEXED POSITIONS

• Free rotation of the work surface: manual 360°, pneumatic brake controlled by pedal.
• Indexing at the 4 cardinal points.

SLIDING, PROTECTIVE PLATFORM – PNEUMATICALLY ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT

• Work surface with semi-round polyamide profiles (other available protections: brushes, felt, rubber, etc.). Full, removable support plate, to be placed where necessary.
• Adjustement of the platform height according to the operator’s size/operation. Function: Rise & Lower by pneumatic jack with stop at desired height – operated, high position: 1250 mm from the ground.

VERTICAL LIFTING

• Inclination of the work platform: Horizontal / 83° Vertical by pneumatic control either via pedal or control panel (optional). Maximum useful load: 150kg.
• Roller bench of lenght 1400 mm, automatically retractable. Steel rollers, Ø 50 mm, lenght 200 mm (gap 216 mm), centre distance 120 mm. Position of the rollers vertically: 300 mm from the ground. End material support plate.
• Manual or semi-automatic anti-tipping system available.

SYNCHRONIZATION OF 2 TABLES

• For very large formats: for example, sliding wooden bays from 3 to 8 meters long, synchronization function possible.
• Control remains pneumatic.
